QUITTING SMOKING WITH HYPNOSIS!
I do believe using hypnosis to quit smoking is the purrfect way to go.
Its easy, painless, there are no side effects and what more could you ask for, right?
You might want to go to a hypnotist, but its not necessary. Actually, it might be best if you do it yourself.
Hypnosis is not a state where you’re sound asleep. So you are in no danger and if ever theres a fire or the phone rings, you will simply open your eyes and get up!!
First its imperative you remember to be positive in your statement. For example, you need to say, “I am smoke free” instead of “I do not smoke” Think of your brain as some computer who doesnt see the word “not”.
You also need to remember to repeat every statement 3 times.
Start by writing everything you need to record. Yes you need to make a recording so you can listen to it when you’re relaxed and open to suggestions.
Dont be afraid of hypnosis. We are in a state of hypnosis every 90 minutes weather we’re awake or asleep. So its a natural process of the brain.
